Who should use Jotform?

Jotform fits an owner who has outgrown Google Forms — you need to collect a deposit at booking, get a contract signed, or route an intake form into an approval — and wants one tool where a spreadsheet-plus-email workaround used to sit. The AI Agents line is the 2026 reason to look anew: a booking form whose chatbot answers "do you service my area?" from your own content is a real small-business capability, not a demo.

If your forms never touch money, the free plan may genuinely last. If you take payments through forms at any volume, price the Bronze tier ($408/year) against a dedicated booking or invoicing tool before committing.
