NudgeForMe
NudgeForMe watches the conversations you've already had and finds the ones that went quiet. It scans your sent mail for threads that never got a reply, then writes a follow-up as a draft in your own mailbox for you to review before it goes anywhere. It launched on 1 August 2026 and finished #1 of the day on Product Hunt with 324 points and 60 comments.
A note on where this sits: despite living in our marketing automation category, NudgeForMe is not a campaign tool. It doesn't manage lists, build journeys, or send broadcasts. It automates one narrow job — the follow-up you meant to send to a real person and forgot. If you want newsletters and segmentation, this is the wrong product entirely; if you keep losing quotes to silence, it's aimed squarely at you.

Key features
- Scans sent conversations to spot threads that were left hanging, working from real email rather than a separate CRM list
- Writes follow-ups as drafts inside your existing mailbox, so you edit and send from your normal client
- Stops automatically once someone replies — no chasing a conversation that already resumed
- Filters out threads that were never meant to get a reply: closing notes, newsletters, and obvious no-reply mail
- Re-checks immediately before any automatic send, catching replies and out-of-office bounces
- Blocks sensitive mail such as one-time passcodes and verification codes from being followed up
- Custom writing instructions to steer tone; the vendor says it learns tone from the original thread
- Connects to Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud, and other IMAP mailboxes
Pricing
Read from NudgeForMe's site in August 2026 (verify current). Billing is per connected mailbox allowance and draft credits, not per seat:
- Free — $0 — 1 connected mailbox, 100 follow-up draft credits/month, 30-day lookback, manual draft creation only, NudgeForMe branding on drafts
- Pro — $12/month, or $96/year — 3 connected mailboxes, 1,000 draft credits/month, longer lookback, automatic draft creation for due opportunities, optional automatic sending, custom writing instructions, branding removed, attachments included
Annual billing at $96 works out to $8/month, so roughly a third off. The free tier is a real free plan rather than a trial — 100 drafts a month is enough for a solo consultant to run on indefinitely.
Pros and cons
Pros
- The free plan is genuinely usable, not a teaser: 100 drafts a month covers most one-person practices
- Draft-first by default means the AI never speaks for you unsupervised — you approve every message unless you turn that off
- Built by the team behind Snoooz on existing email infrastructure, with SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications — unusual assurance for a launch-week product
Cons
- It reads your sent mail, which is a real privacy decision no certification removes; the free tier's 30-day lookback also limits how far back it can find opportunities
- Narrow by design — no list management, segmentation, campaigns, or reporting, so it supplements a CRM rather than replacing one
- Launched August 2026 with no third-party reviews, and AI-written follow-ups risk sounding templated to recipients who get a lot of them
- Free tier is manual-only; automatic drafting and sending are Pro features
Who should use NudgeForMe?
This fits a freelancer, consultant, or small agency whose pipeline lives in the inbox — you send quotes, proposals, and intro emails, and a meaningful share of them simply go quiet. At $0 to start and $96 a year for the automatic version, recovering a single job pays for years of it.
It's the wrong tool if you want marketing email. ActiveCampaign and HubSpot Marketing Hub do lists, journeys, and campaigns; NudgeForMe does one-to-one follow-up and nothing else. Teams with a disciplined CRM and existing sequence tooling already have this covered.
On evidence: NudgeForMe has no third-party review listing on G2, Capterra, or Trustpilot as of August 2026. Its public signals are its Product Hunt standing (#1 of 1 August 2026, 324 points, 60 comments) — launch-day community interest, not reviews — plus the operating history of the Snoooz team behind it, which is the more meaningful of the two.
FAQs
Is NudgeForMe free?+
Yes, there's a permanent free plan: one connected mailbox, 100 follow-up draft credits a month, a 30-day lookback, and manual draft creation. Drafts on the free tier carry NudgeForMe branding. Automatic drafting and sending require Pro.
How much does NudgeForMe cost per month?+
Pro is $12/month, or $96/year — about $8/month — as of August 2026. That covers 3 mailboxes and 1,000 draft credits a month, removes branding, and unlocks automatic drafts and optional automatic sending.
Does NudgeForMe send emails without me seeing them?+
Not by default. Every follow-up is created as a draft in your own mailbox for review. Automatic sending is an opt-in Pro feature, and even then it re-checks the thread immediately before sending to catch a reply or an out-of-office, and it blocks sensitive mail like one-time passcodes.
Which email providers does NudgeForMe work with?+
Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud, and other standard IMAP mailboxes. Drafts appear in your normal mail client rather than in a separate sending tool.
